Surface Shine EX is a VOC-compliant, non-yellowing sealer for exposed aggregate, natural stone, brick, quarry tile, and terrazzo, resistant to chemicals, oils, and environmental effects.

Application Instructions
Ensure the concrete is clean, dry, and free of stains, oil, grease, dirt, and incompatible coatings
Apply with a sprayer or roller in uniform thin films
One coat is usually enough; a second coat may be applied after 4-6 hours for increased gloss, especially on porous substrates
